Eligibility:
The show is open to all artists 18 years or older, on a national basis, who submit images for jurying. Work must be original, executed by the artist and have been done in the last two years. No commercial molds, commercial kits or pre-fabricated pieces are allowed.
The art fair committee reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work not consistent with submitted slides or guidelines in this entry form. The artist must be present on both days of the show; no artists’ representatives are allowed. Exhibitors must remain for the hours of the exhibit.
Display Booths:
Artists must furnish their own display booth in the form of a “white tent” - 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’. Space will be assigned by the committee.
Fees:
Jury fee is $45 for between 5-8 images submitted on a CD. Upon acceptance, booth space fee of $395 for 10’ x 10’ or $600 for 10’ x 20’, will be due by May 15.
Sales:
The artists are directly responsible for all sales and taxes.
Awards:
Awards jurors will select artists to receive prizes up to $3,000.
