Over the years I've worked in printmaking, watercolor, mixed media and fabric collage, children's book writing and illustraiton, needle felting, and stained glass. It is thrilling to me to discover how skills from any one discipline cross over and inform my subsequent projects.

Currently, I'm returning to printmaking after a long break. I love the linear grace of etching (which seems to me something like drawing on downhill skis) and the mystery that aquatint lends to the etching.  I am also interested in finding ways to tell stories and mix up my traditional prints with color and abstraction - maybe even some new techniques.
